The Person Behind the Nook
Two decades of helping learning actually land.
Digital Learning Nook is led by Dr. Pooja Jaisingh, who has spent her career on a single question. Why does so much corporate learning get built, launched, and quietly forgotten, and what does it take to build the kind people finish.
How She Got Here
Pooja did not set out to build a consultancy. She set out to fix a problem she kept seeing. Teams pouring months into learning that looked polished and changed nothing. The decks were clean. The completion rates were not.
Teaching the field
As Principal eLearning Evangelist at Adobe, she taught thousands of instructional designers and eLearning professionals to build with Captivate and think in stories, not slides.
From practice to scale
She founded LearninGeeks, her first consultancy, then led Icertis Academy as AVP of Digital Learning, scaling learning for a global enterprise.
Earning the depth
Along the way, a PhD in Educational Technology, several books, and a Guild Master honor for her contribution to the field.
Digital Learning Nook
A boutique consultancy where the person who taught the field now builds the work directly, for teams tired of training that gets ignored. The tools have changed. GenAI does in hours what once took weeks. The belief has not. A course is only good if someone finishes it and does something differently after.
How She Works
A few things she holds true.
Story before slides
People remember what moves them. Every program starts with the human moment, the decision, the mistake, the stakes, and the content gets built around it.
AI does the heavy lifting
GenAI has collapsed the timeline. A messy SME recording becomes a structured draft in an afternoon, which leaves more time for the thinking that matters.
Finished beats fancy
A beautiful course nobody finishes is a failure with good production values. If learners do not complete it and use it, the design did not work.
Boutique by choice
No account managers, no handoffs to junior teams. The person you talk to is the person who builds your learning.
