Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026

These terms cover your use of dlnook.com and any course you buy from us. By enrolling, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Digital Learning Nook, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. "You" means the person who buys or uses a course.

1. What you are buying

A one-time payment gives you a single personal account with access to the course you purchased, for as long as we operate the course. There is no subscription, no renewal and no further charge.

2. Courses still in production

Some courses are published in stages. Where that is the case, the curriculum page shows which lessons are live and which are still coming. Lessons published after you enrol are included at no extra cost. We do not commit to release dates for unpublished lessons, and we may change the order, titles or scope of lessons that have not yet gone up. If the gap between what exists now and what you expected matters to you, our Refund Policy is the remedy.

3. Your account

Your account is for you alone. Please do not share your login, and please tell us at hello@dlnook.com if you think someone else has access to it. Accounts found to be shared across multiple people may be suspended without a refund. If you need access for a team, email us and we will sort out a group arrangement.

4. What you can and cannot do with the materials

You may use the lessons, prompts, templates and source files in your own professional work, including in courses you build for your employer or your clients. That is the whole point of them.

You may not resell, republish or redistribute the course materials, share them in whole or in part outside your organisation, use them to build a competing course or training programme, or upload the video lessons anywhere. The lessons, videos and written materials remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you, not sold.

5. Third-party AI tools

The course teaches a workflow that uses tools we do not own or control, including AI assistants, image tools and voice tools. Those tools change often, and their pricing, features and availability are set by their providers, not by us. You are responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions and compliance with those providers' terms. We update lessons as tools change, but we cannot guarantee that every screen in every lesson will match what you see.

6. AI output is your responsibility

The course teaches you to draft with AI and to review what it produces. Anything you create using this workflow, and anything you publish from it, is yours to check for accuracy, licensing, bias and compliance before it goes anywhere near a learner. We are not responsible for content you produce.

7. Payment, pricing and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Promotional pricing applies only while it is displayed and may end at any time. Prices shown may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

8. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. No guarantee of results

The course is educational. It is not a promise of any particular outcome, career result, time saving or business result.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the course available continuously, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Hosting, maintenance and third-party outages happen. If we ever have to retire a course permanently, we will give enrolled learners reasonable notice and a way to download what they need.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be notified by email to enrolled learners. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
