What's included in a project engagement?
Everything needed to ship: discovery, storyboarding, design, development, QA, and delivery. We scope it clearly before we start, so there's no scope creep and no surprises.
How quickly can you turn around a course?
A standard 30-minute eLearning module typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. With our AI-native workflow, we can move faster for straightforward content.
Who owns the content you create?
You do. Once a project is delivered and paid for, all final deliverables, source files, and content are yours. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you'd prefer otherwise, which we're happy to discuss.
Do you work with our existing LMS?
Yes. We deliver SCORM, xAPI, and MP4 output that works with most modern LMS platforms. If you're not sure about compatibility, we'll check before we start.
Is the AI-generated content reviewed by a human?
Always. GenAI accelerates the work, but every course is shaped, reviewed, and refined by an experienced instructional designer before it reaches your learners. You're not getting AI slop with a logo on it. You're getting human-led design with AI doing the heavy lifting underneath.
How does payment work?
Most engagements are split into milestones, with a deposit upfront and the balance tied to delivery checkpoints. We invoice in USD and accept standard payment methods including bank transfer and major credit cards. For larger engagements, we can structure flexible payment terms. Everything is laid out in the proposal before you sign anything.
Can we pause or adjust an engagement?
Yes. We build flexibility into every contract. Life happens, priorities shift, and we'd rather work with you than around you.
What if our needs change mid-project?
It happens, and we plan for it. Small adjustments fit within the original scope. Bigger pivots get a clear conversation about what's changing, what it means for timeline, and what it means for cost. Either way, you'll never be surprised by an invoice or a missed deadline.
