A Little Light collects no data. None. This page exists because the App Store asks for it, and we are glad to say so in writing.

What stays on your device

Everything. Your name if you choose to share it, your chosen skies, your intentions and reflections, your moods, your horizons, your favorite lines, your own words, and your voice recordings all live on your device, in the app's own storage. There is no account to create, and nothing is ever sent to us, because there is no server of ours to send it to.

iCloud, if you turn it on

The app can keep your words and stars in step across your own devices using your personal iCloud account. That sync happens entirely between your devices and your iCloud, under Apple's own protections. We never see it and cannot see it. Reminders and voice recordings stay with the device they belong to. The switch is off until you flip it.

Notifications

If you turn reminders on, your device schedules them itself, and the words they carry are chosen on the device. Nothing about them leaves it.

Analytics, tracking, and ads

None. The app contains no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no third-party code of any kind.

Purchases

If the app ever offers a purchase, Apple handles it entirely through the App Store. We receive no payment details, ever.

Children

A Little Light is rated 4+ and treats every user the same way: it collects nothing from anyone.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear at this address with a new date at the top. Since the app collects nothing, the realistic change is a wording improvement.
